Who are some of ClickPoints customers?
ClickPoint services small companies and companies with hundreds of sales agents. We like to work with anyone that is ready for a change in the way they use sales software. Look for client testimonials throughout our site..
How can I be sure my data is secure?
ClickPoint uses secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt your data and uses servers that are housed behind one big firewall. The URLs used to access your data are all preceded with https instead of http, which also indicates that a secure connection is being maintained for data access from ClickPoint applications. Additionally your servers housing your data are located in one of the largest carrier hotels on the west coast of the United States. The building is a class A, state of the art facility datacenter, earthquake proof and home to some of the largest Internet backbone providers such as AT&T, Internap, Worldcom, Sprint, Verizon, Global Crossing, Level3, Qwest and many others. Our datacenter offers 24x7 security personnel attending main entrances. All ingress and egress activities require card keys and are recorded via card access systems. CCTV cameras are installed all over the building which provides continuous video recording of all entrance ways as well as server floor areas. Additional motion security cameras are also installed to track movements in restricted areas. Should there be unauthorized access, automatic SMS or pager alerts will be sent to a security officer.
Will ClickPoint Software ever view or use my data?
No. ClickPoint has very stringent data protection rules and regulations. Please refer to our privacy policy. We may view your data only in assistance to technical support and training questions.
Can I house a back-up of my data on my company server?
You can receive a complete download of all your company data any time you would like. Please contact your account representative for more information.
What happens if my business grows- can you accommodate the growth?
ClickPoint's applications have the capacity to scale to any size. The development behind ClickPoint's solution is designed to handle thousands of users on any one super client account. Our applications are based on Microsoft.NET, run on Microsoft-based operating systems and SQL server databases, and are housed at one of the most reputable data centers in the country.
What is the Secure Socket Layer?
The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is an industry standard protocol used for communication between your web browser and web servers. It provides authentication, data integrity, and encryption.
How is an account authenticated?
Authentication confirms that you are who you say you are, and verifies that you are communicating with the ClickPoint Software-powered solutions hosted on our web servers. There are two parts to the authentication process:
1. The SSL uses digital certificates to confirm with your web browser that you are accessing our web server.
2. Your user ID and password is confirmed to ensure account information is provided only to the correct User ID and corresponding password. An incorrect User ID or password will result in failure to access account information.
Will it be possible for interceptors to read and understand my messages?
The SSL encrypts or "scrambles" the content of your message as it travels across the Internet, making it impossible for unauthorized interceptors to understand. Encryption codes the information in your message, ensuring that it can only be decoded by ClickPoint Software's servers.
What is a firewall and what is its purpose?
A firewall is a device, usually consisting of software and hardware that separates computers with sensitive information on an internal network from external networks like the Internet. Its purpose is to limit the types of traffic that enter the internal network to prevent malicious attacks on internal computers. By using a firewall, ClickPoint Software ensures your information is always protected.
What can I do to keep my information secure?
Since our software does not store any information on your local machine, your data is always secure. Be sure that you do not give out your password or user information to anyone. If you share a computer with other people or are using a computer at a public facility such as a library or school, be sure that you do not allow the browser to store your username and password after you log in. Most web browsers such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, etc. will ask you before-hand if you would like to save your username and password, for security purposes we do not recommend this, and our software does not store or save your user information anywhere on your machine.
Can you transfer data from Salesforce.com, Siebel, and others?
Yes. ClickPoint Software oversees the process, and we guarantee speed and simplicity throughout the migration. We gather information from your prior provider into a spreadsheet, and then import the data into your system.
What about customization capabilities?
ClickPoint Software's customization capability brings a competitive advantage to your business that includes (but is not limited to): custom welcome screen layouts, custom field additions, configuring business rules to improve productivity, and integrating with existing systems by using global standards such as Microsoft.NET web services.
Is my data secured with online access?
ClickPoint Software provides state-of-the-art security to ensure that your customer data is never compromised.
We have enterprise needs – can you handle this?
Yes. ClickPoint Software has several customers with an excess of 500 concurrent users. In particular, our enterprise customers appreciate our workflow automation.
How long does it take to implement a ClickPoint Software solution?
Anywhere from 3 hours to 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your business. A basic setup takes as little as 3 hours. If comprehensive back-end integration is required, ClickPoint Software can perform this task in a matter of weeks.
How much training do we need?
Experienced sales people that understand the sales processes of their organization will be proficient within 3-4 hours of use. For those sales teams without a documented methodology, two training days are usually necessary. We offer a full searchable knowledgebase and How To videos for additional support.
Marketing Automation
ClickPoint software solutions are built with marketing automation. LeadExec, ClickPoint Mortgage and Loan Modification Suite, and ClickPoint Debt Settlement Suite all have marketing automation rules. Typical marketing automation tools include e-mail triggers, e-mail automation, power dialer, and click to dial. Be on the lookout for new and enhanced marketing automation rules.
Lead Scrubbing
LeadExec offers real time lead scrubbing and lead validation. Our system is integrated with both CDYNE and Targus Info. Lead validation shouldn’t be something that requires intensive monitoring. At ClickPoint we offer automated lead validation. We can check for various data points for accuracy and can even dial the phone number of a particular lead for you. You just need to set your validation rules and watch as our software automates the process for you. Leads that are suspected of being not accurate will be flagged and sent to a holding bin where you can personally approve them. With our software you can even set rules for sending leads to the holding bin. Most clients will set a rule, such as if the name submitted does not match the address, or if the phone number dialed is dead (send it to the holding bin or reject it.) Your leads get cleaned automatically with very little manual oversight. We can check for obscene language, duplicates, leads missing information, and the entire set of available features listed below.
You have the ability to validate and scrub your leads at the following prices.
