LeadExec, ClickPoint Debt Settlement Suite, and ClickPoint Mortgage Suite all share the same two database options. You can either share a SQL server with other clients, or house your data on your own dedicated server. For larger companies, the dedicated server is the usual choice. It is important to note that your lead database is secure and is no less effective when on a shared platform. The need for a dedicated server is usually only due to the amount of data processed by larger companies. A dedicated lead database helps to speed up the processes and flow of data.
Our datacenter is located in The Westin Building of Seattle, WA. It is one of the largest carrier hotels on the west coast of the United States. The building is a class A, state of the art facility datacenter. It is even earthquake-proof. The Westin Building is home to some of the largest Internet backbone providers such as AT&T, Internap, Worldcom, Sprint, Verizon, Global Crossing, Level3, Qwest and many others.
Being located in a Major U.S Internet communication hub, Wowrack enjoys the ability to see directly into major Internet backbone providers at the speed of Local Area Network (LAN). Our network connected directly to Verio, Global Crossing, Genuity, Time Warner, Enron, Savvis, The SIX (Seattle Internet Exchange,) and Cogent. Our traffic is also routed with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) between our providers, to ensure 100% network-uptime.
Our facilities' power planning allows us to provide continuous power during disaster periods such as city or statewide power outages. Our facilities provide power systems that feature continuous, redundant (built to N+1 redundancy,) and protected AC or DC power which are connected to multiple power providers in the Seattle metropolitan area. Some 15,000 gallons of diesel fuel will power a generator that will kick in automatically to provide power during such a disaster period. We also have UPS systems installed to contain any power spikes, drops, or transfers of power to the generator.
To ensure the reliability of your equipment operations, our datacenter is equipped with redundant heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that maintain floor temperature at about 67 F (19.5 C). Humidity is also maintained at optimal level to keep static electricity level to a minimum. The building maintains closed loop condenser water system with redundant cooling tower cells and pumps.
As a measure to prevent fire, pre-action dry pipe sprinkler systems, with computer and telecommunications-rated smoke and heat detection systems, are installed across the datacenter. FM 200 fire suppression systems are also installed in some areas of the datacenter.
Our datacenter offers 24x7 security personnel attending main entrances. All ingress and egress activities require card keys, and are recorded via card access systems. CCTV cameras are installed all over the building to provide continuous video recording of all entrance ways and server floor areas. Additional motion security cameras are also installed to track movements in restricted areas. Automatic SMS or pager alerts will be sent to our security officer in the event of unauthorized access.
Apart from the physical security, our datacenter is monitored 24/7 to ensure networks and systems availability. Our network monitoring software is capable of monitoring all network and system equipments, and automatically alerts our datacenter engineers in the event of system or network failure.
