Under the partnership terms, ClickPoint Software is integrating DocuSign(R) Connect - DocuSign's suite of application integration services that allow small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprises, and vendors to integrate DocuSign's electronic signature and online contract execution platform into any third party or in-house business application -- into its online customer relationship management contract services.
