ClickPoint Software started 2 years ago when company founder Gabriel Buck noticed the major inefficiencies in systems that managed leads, delivered leads, and monetized leads.

“We first started with LeadPro to help lead companies manage and deliver their leads and that helped us to really look at the needs of sales organizations and how they handle the management of their leads. The success we found with the original LeadPro and the demand from lead companies using the system for a better way to handle their salespeople was our calling that if we could make lead management simple and effective for lead companies we could do it with sales organizations.

We found a very serious need in the marketplace for sales software that was easy to use and helped increase profit margins. Most systems on the market were complex and designed for marketing directors not sales people. We started with the salesperson first and worked our way up to management. When designing sales software for leads you need to start with the person using the system the most and the leads. Listen to the needs of the salesperson and then build a system around that.

This concept coupled with our desire to build a CRM that was similar to Google’s strategy with search. Simple yet powerful has been our mission from day one. You will find that our software is designed for efficiency. You won’t find clutter or tons of buttons, but you will find the tools you need to increase your margins and manage your leads, employees, workflow, and you might even decide to use some of our powerful telephony products. At ClickPoint our goal is to breakthrough the stereotypes that CRM companies have brought upon themselves for the last 10 years.
