Lead Intake and Data Validation
LeadExec has a data validation system that will ensure all of your data is uniform. We provide you with the ability to get leads into the system via HTTP post or XML. We can also integrate with legacy systems via our API. We use the lead type designer to format lead types.

Automated Lead Delivery and Data Validation Process
This designer also allows you to perform certain methods of data verification as leads enter the system. These verification methods are completely independent of the system wide validation services that we also provide. The lead intake verification methods currently available are:
- Profanity Filter – This tool will scan designated lead fields to ensure that the data submitted is not profane or offensive. If profanity is located, it will be replaced with a *expletive* filter and flagged so that the system will know not to send this to a client.
- Duplicate Checking – The system allows you to specify which lead fields you want to be compared in the duplicate checking system. While we usually suggest using a unique field like "Email Address", you can specify any field present on your lead type to be used in the duplicate checking process.
- Data Validation – This feature will allow you to use regular expressions to define a custom set of values for the system to identify before it allows a lead in. You can use this system to either exclude or include certain characters, words, numbers etc. This feature prevents incorrect information from being submitted to LeadExec inside your lead fields.
Another aspect of the system where data validation takes place is at the Lead Source level. Here you can utilize several different features to constrict the rules and criteria requirements in place to better control the quality of leads submitted. Some of the features on the Lead Source level are:
- Criteria Requirements – This feature allows you to configure rules and requirements for the lead source to meet on every lead submitted. You can specify criteria on most every lead field that you collect, including state, income, debt amount, loan amount etc.
- Previously Rejected Checking – This feature allows the system to verify that leads being submitted have not been previously rejected for criteria reasons. In the event that a lead is rejected, and then changed or forged and then resubmitted, the system identifies this lead as having been previously rejected and refuses the lead again. This will keep fraudulent and incorrect data from ever making it to your clients.
- Volume Caps – This feature allows you to set a maximum amount of leads that will be accepted from a certain lead source on an hourly, daily or monthly basis.
- Quality Control Bin – The system gives you the opportunity to route traffic from a lead source directly into a quarantine area inside of LeadExec called the Quality Control Bin. In this area, leads are not automatically sold, they wait to have validation and verification services performed before either being validated for distribution or rejected and sent back to the lead source.
- Lead Grading – Our system will utilize our integration with CDYNE to perform a reverse 411 lookup on the phone numbers included in a lead and verify that the name/address/city/state/zip all match that phone number. It will then assign a letter grade to that lead depending on how much of that information matches. The grading system is completely customizable and you can designate which criteria must be met for each grade level.
