The system auto assigns and distributes leads to agents based on one the following distribution settings:

SalesExec Pull Method

Agents pull leads from a queue only when they are ready to handle a new lead. You can create settings
so that agents can pull leads with the following rules:

  • All Leads Have Been Updated
  • Only if They Have Not Reached Their Daily or Hourly Cap
  • State Time Zone Restrictions
  • Holiday Contact Exceptions
  • Criteria (State, City, Zip Code
  • Agent Allowable Pulls
  • Lead Source Restrictions
