Intake Analysis
At ClickPoint we want to make sure expectations are managed and your needs our meet. We will perform an intake analysis before you pay anything to get started. The free intake analysis is conducted with either Andre or Garrett on the phone to verify your lead delivery needs and requirements are being served by our software. We verify your service level needs, your data protection, your lead types, your volume requirements, and we work out a plan to help get you started within a workable timeline.
At ClickPoint we have our own proprietary support software to help get you immediate support. We take pride in our support levels and we work on features and updates based on customer feedback. We want to work with you to accomplish goals.
