How can I be sure my data is secure?
ClickPoint uses secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt your data and uses servers that are housed behind one big firewall. The URLs used to access your data are all preceded with https instead of http, which also indicates that a secure connection is being maintained for data access from ClickPoint applications. Additionally your servers housing your data are located in The Westin Building in Seattle, WA, one of the largest carrier hotels on the west coast of the United States. The building is a class A, state of the art facility datacenter, earthquake proof and home to some of the largest Internet backbone providers such as AT&T, Internap, Worldcom, Sprint, Verizon, Global Crossing, Level3, Qwest and many others.
Our datacenter offers 24x7 security personnel attending main entrances. All ingress and egress activities require card keys and are recorded via card access systems. CCTV cameras are installed all over the building which provides continuous video recording of all entrance ways as well as server floor areas. Additional motion security cameras are also installed to track movements in restricted areas. Should there be unauthorized access, automatic SMS or pager alerts will be sent to a security officer.
Will ClickPoint ever view or use my data?
No. ClickPoint has very stringent data protection rules and regulations. Please refer to our privacy policy.
What happens when the ClickPoint database goes down?
Our server facilities' power planning allows us to provide continuous power during disaster period such as city/statewide power outages. Our facilities provide power systems that feature continuous, redundant and protected AC or DC power, built to N+1 redundancy connected to multiple power providers in the Seattle metropolitan area. 15,000 gallons of diesel fuel power generator will kick in automatically to provide power during a disaster period. We also have UPS systems installed to contain any power spikes, drops and transfer of power to the generator.
Can I house a back-up of my data on my company server?
You can receive a complete download of all your company data any time you would like. Please contact your account representative for more information.
What happens if my business grows can you accommodate the growth?
ClickPoint's applications have the capacity to scale to any size. The development behind ClickPoint's solution is designed to handle thousands of users on any one super client account.
Our applications are based on Microsoft.NET, run on Microsoft-based operating systems and SQL server databases, and are housed at one of the most reputable data centers in the country.
What is the Secure Socket Layer?
The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is an industry standard protocol used for communication between your web browser and web servers. It provides authentication, data integrity and encryption.
How is an account authenticated?
Authentication confirms that you are who you say you are, and verifies that you are communicating with the ClickPoint Software-powered solutions hosted on our web servers. There are two parts to the authentication process:
1. The SSL uses digital certificates to confirm with your web browser that you are accessing our web server.
2. Your user ID and password is confirmed to ensure account information is provided only to the correct User ID and corresponding password. An incorrect User ID or password will result in failure to access account information.
Will it be possible for interceptors to read and understand my messages?
The SSL encrypts or "scrambles" the content of your message as it travels across the Internet, making it impossible for unauthorized interceptors to understand. Encryption codes the information in your message, ensuring that it can only be decoded by ClickPoint Software's servers.
What is a firewall and what is its purpose?
A firewall is a device, usually consisting of software and hardware that separates computers with sensitive information on an internal network from external networks like the Internet. Its purpose is to limit the types of traffic that enter the internal network to prevent malicious attacks on internal computers. By using a firewall, ClickPoint Software ensures your information is always protected.
What can I do to keep my information secure?
Since our software does not store any information on your local machine, your data is always secure. Be sure that you do not give out your password, or user information to anyone. If you share a computer with other people or are using a computer at a public facility such as a library or school, be sure that you do not allow the browser to store your username and password after you log in. Most web browsers such as Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, etc.. will ask you before hand if you would like to save your username and password, for security purposes we do not recommend this, and our software does not store or save your user information anywhere on your machine.

| "Before Lead Pro we had to rely on customers telling us if the leads were good.
Now we know in real time who performs and who doesn’t. We know how to spot
a bad banner campaign before we lose a customer.
