Overview

Use Wix Automations with the Send via Webhook action to post form submissions to LeadExec, then route and deliver using your campaign rules.

How it works

1. Trigger: Wix form submission.
2. Action: Automation sends webhook POST to LeadExec.
3. Processing: LeadExec authenticates and delivers the lead.

Prerequisites

• Wix site with a form and Automations access
• LeadExec Posting Instructions (URL, fields, routing values)

Setup

1. In LeadExec, copy the Request URL and field list.
2. In Wix: Automations → New Automation
   • Trigger: Form Submitted (select your form)
   • Action: Send via Webhook
3. Choose Customize Structure and add LeadExec field keys exactly as named.
4. For each key, Insert Variable from the form.
5. Add static routing values (VID, AID, LID).
6. Save and activate.

Field mapping notes

• Use exact LeadExec field names; include consent/time/IP if required.

Testing

• Submit the Wix form and confirm receipt in LeadExec.
• Review delivery logs for any mapping/required-field errors.

Troubleshooting

• Not seeing variables? Confirm the correct form and current field IDs.
• 4xx errors? Re-check required fields and static routing values.
• Webhook blocked? Verify site-level security/spam settings.
