Trestle independently verifies lead batches from every provider on the platform. LeadPI aggregates that data into a single Lead Performance Index rating. The Lead Performance Index gives buyers an independent basis for evaluating provider quality before making contact.
Each provider's Lead Performance Index is built from the ground up. Trestle independently verifies individual leads submitted by providers in recurring batches, checking contact validity, data freshness, and delivery consistency at the lead level. LeadPI aggregates those individual verification results across every batch a provider submits over time, building a provider-level performance record from the accumulated data.
Buyer experience reviews from registered LeadPI accounts add depth to the index, contributing a weighted factor that reflects real sourcing experience alongside the Trestle verification data. The result is an index that reflects both independently verified lead quality and real buyer experience, built across volume and time.
The Lead Performance Index is composed of four factors. Three are derived from independent Trestle verification data. The fourth reflects real buyer experience on the platform.
Trestle verifies that the contact information on each lead is accurate and reachable. Invalid or unreachable contact data reduces a provider's index rating.
Trestle measures how recently the lead data was collected. Older or stale data reduces the index rating regardless of other factors.
Trestle measures whether lead data is delivered completely and accurately. Incomplete or inconsistent delivery affects the rating across rating periods.
Buyer reviews capture what verification data cannot: provider responsiveness, fulfillment reliability, and real-world conversion experience. Review content is not independently verified by LeadPI, but provides an additional layer of sourcing intelligence alongside the index.
Providers who sustain a Lead Performance Index rating above the qualifying threshold receive a LeadPI performance credential for that rating period. Three credential tiers reflect different index thresholds: Verified, High Performer, and Elite Performer.
The credential is issued quarterly and reflects the provider's index at the close of each period. Buyers can confirm credential status directly on the platform and review the underlying index data behind it.
