Overview

The Adobe Sign integration empowers SalesExec users to send, track, and manage e-signature agreements as part of their sales workflow. Users can select mapped library documents, merge lead data into agreements, and send them to recipients for signature. The integration supports multi-participant workflows and tracks agreement status in real time, ensuring a seamless and compliant digital signing process.

How It Works

When enabled, SalesExec connects to Adobe Sign using OAuth authentication.
Users select a mapped library document and initiate an agreement from a lead record.
Merge fields are automatically populated from lead data.
The agreement is sent to recipients for e-signature via Adobe Sign.
Status updates and signed documents are tracked and managed within SalesExec.
All agreement activity is logged for compliance and reporting.

Inbound (Adobe Sign → SalesExec)

No inbound webhooks; all agreement status and document retrieval is managed via polling and API calls from SalesExec.

Agreement Name	Name of the agreement sent for signature.
Lead GUID	Unique identifier for the SalesExec lead.
Sender User Account	User initiating the agreement.
Library Document GUID	Identifier for the mapped Adobe Sign document.
Merge Fields	List of fields merged from lead data.
Participants	List of recipients for the agreement.
Agreement Status	Current status (sent, signed, completed, etc.).

Note
All agreement creation, resolution, and status tracking is managed within SalesExec. No direct field mapping to leads is required beyond merge fields for document population.
