Overview

The LendingTree integration enables SalesExec to capture high-intent mortgage leads (including purchase and refinance short-form and long-form data) from LendingTree in real time. This integration is critical for maximizing your Return on Investment (ROI) by ensuring immediate ingestion of leads as they are generated, facilitating rapid engagement with borrowers, and significantly improving conversion rates.

How It Works

LendingTree posts lead data (in XML, JSON, or form post formats) directly to a custom-generated SalesExec lead-receiver URL. SalesExec allows you to configure multiple mapping profiles – for example, a separate one for “Refinance Leads” and another for “Purchase Leads”. This ensures that each incoming LendingTree lead is accurately routed, labeled with the appropriate marketing information (e.g., Marketing Channel, Lead Source, Campaign), and assigned within SalesExec for immediate follow-up. If mapping configurations need to be updated after the integration is live, SalesExec provides controls to regenerate the posting URL or create new mappings to avoid production disruptions.
