Overview
The Nextiva Enhanced Logs integration provides an automated, organization-wide solution for synchronizing detailed call logs from Nextiva’s cloud VoIP platform directly into SalesExec. Unlike the standard Nextiva integration that focuses on click-to-dial and live call control for individual users, this enhanced integration is specifically designed for compliance, auditing, and analytics by importing all call activity across your entire organization. Every call event—whether inbound, outbound, missed, or transferred—is meticulously mapped to SalesExec CallAudit records, enabling robust call tracking, comprehensive reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
How It Works
The integration periodically polls Nextiva’s XSI API to retrieve extended call detail records for all specified users. This process leverages Nextiva Admin credentials for authentication, ensuring secure access to your organization’s call data. Once fetched, these detailed logs are transformed into CallAudit records within SalesExec, creating a centralized and searchable history of all call activity. While it captures comprehensive call data, this integration is focused on logging and auditing, not on live call control or outbound dialing.
Benefits
- Comprehensive Call Logging: Capture every call event (inbound, outbound, missed, transferred) for all users automatically.
- Enhanced Compliance: Meet regulatory requirements with detailed, auditable call records.
- Advanced Analytics: Gain deeper insights into call activity and team performance through centralized reporting.
- Centralized Data: Consolidate all communication data within SalesExec for a holistic view of lead interactions.
