Overview
The SIP Dialer integration enables SalesExec to launch a sip:<number> URI, which can be picked up by any registered softphone. A configurable prefix can be added to support outside-line or country codes, providing flexible click-to-dial functionality without requiring deep data synchronization.
How It Works
When a user clicks a phone number in SalesExec, the system generates a SIP URI using the configured prefix and the lead’s phone number. This URI is then launched, allowing any registered SIP softphone on the user’s device to pick up the call. This approach offers a simple, universal click-to-dial solution for organizations using SIP-based telephony systems.
