This inbound lead provider integration ensures that the moment a mortgage lead is generated on Zillow, it is posted directly into your SalesExec solution. How It Works

Zillow transmits lead data (typically in JSON format) to a specific SalesExec lead-receiver URL (e.g., https://zillowapi.sales-exec.net/LenderContactNotification/{Token}). The {Token} in this URL is used by SalesExec to select the correct pre-configured mapping, which defines how Zillow’s lead fields (such as contact information, property details, and loan inquiry data) correspond to your SalesExec lead fields. This real-time import ensures that new Zillow prospects are instantly routed into your SalesExec campaigns, allowing your agents or sales reps to be the first to respond. SalesExec also provides controls to regenerate the posting URL or set up multiple mapping sets (e.g., for purchase vs. refinance leads) if you update your configurations after going live.
