Overview

Use Zapier to connect Jotform to LeadExec—no code required. Trigger on new submissions, then map fields to LeadExec using the LeadExec Zapier action.

How it works
  1. Trigger: Jotform New Submission.
  2. Action: Zapier LeadExec action posts the lead to your campaign/source.
  3. Processing: LeadExec authenticates, maps, and routes the lead.
Prerequisites
  • Jotform form (live)
  • Zapier account with access to the LeadExec app/action
  • LeadExec Posting Instructions for field reference
Setup
  1. In Zapier, create a Zap:
    • Trigger: Jotform → New Submission (connect Jotform).
    • Action: LeadExec → Create Lead (authenticate).
  2. Map fields from Jotform to LeadExec field names per Posting Instructions.
  3. Add any required routing/constant values.
  4. Test and turn the Zap On.
Field mapping notes
  • Use the exact LeadExec field names; include consent/metadata if required.
  • For complex forms, consider a Formatter step to normalize values.
Example (typical mapping)
  • Jotform first_name → LeadExec FirstName
  • Jotform phone_number → LeadExec Phone
  • Jotform email → LeadExec Email
Testing
  • Submit a live Jotform entry.
  • Confirm arrival and routing in LeadExec; inspect Zapier task history if issues occur.
Troubleshooting
  • Zap not triggering? Confirm the correct Jotform form and account connection.
  • Missing fields? Check that every required LeadExec field is mapped.
  • Authentication errors? Reconnect the LeadExec action in Zapier.
