Overview

Add an Unbounce Webhook to your landing page form to send submissions straight to LeadExec. Map fields per Posting Instructions for instant routing and delivery.

How it works
  1. Trigger: Unbounce form submission.
  2. Action: Webhook POST to LeadExec receiver.
  3. Processing: LeadExec authenticates, maps fields, runs rules, and delivers.
Prerequisites
  • Published Unbounce landing page with a form
  • LeadExec Posting Instructions with receiver URL and field list
Setup
  1. In LeadExec, copy the Request URL and field names from Posting Instructions.
  2. In Unbounce, open Form Integrations → Webhook and paste the Request URL.
  3. Map each Unbounce field to the corresponding LeadExec field name.
  4. Add static routing values (VID, AID, LID) as required.
  5. Save and republish your page.
Field mapping notes
  • Field names must match LeadExec exactly.
  • Include consent fields & metadata if your campaign requires them.
Example (form-encoded)
POST https://leads.leadexec.net/processor/insert/general

VID=123&AID=456&LID=789&FirstName={{first_name}}&LastName={{last_name}}&Email={{email}}&Phone={{phone}}
Testing
  • Use Unbounce’s test submission or submit the live form.
  • Confirm the lead in LeadExec and review delivery logs if needed.
Troubleshooting
  • Webhook attached to the wrong variant? Re-attach to the active variant.
  • Getting 400 errors? Check required fields and exact names.
  • Not seeing data? Verify form field IDs and mapping.
FAQs

Can I send JSON? Unbounce webhooks are typically form-encoded; use the default unless your Posting Instructions specify otherwise.
