Cisco WebDialer

Enable click-to-dial functionality directly from SalesExec.

Source Type:
VoIP

Delivery Format:
WebDialer URL

Integration Type:
Click-to-Dial

Overview

The Cisco WebDialer integration provides a seamless way for sales teams using Cisco CallManager to initiate calls directly from SalesExec. It simplifies the dialing process by launching the Cisco WebDialer with the destination number pre-filled, enabling users to place calls effortlessly using their desk phone or Cisco Jabber client.

How It Works

When a user initiates a call from SalesExec, the integration constructs a specific URL containing the Cisco CallManager IP address and the lead's phone number. This URL automatically launches the Cisco WebDialer in the user’s browser. Your Cisco-connected device or softphone then places the call, and SalesExec logs the activity, ensuring a comprehensive record of communication. To prevent conflicts, this integration automatically disables other softphone integrations when active.

Benefits
  • Instant Click-to-Dial: Initiate calls directly from lead records with a single click, saving time and increasing efficiency.
  • Streamlined Workflows: Eliminate manual dialing and reduce errors, allowing reps to focus on conversations.
  • Native Cisco Compatibility: Works seamlessly with your existing Cisco enterprise VoIP systems.
  • Improved Sales Productivity: Boost contact speed and overall team output.
