Encompass Lead Export

Overview

The Encompass Lead Export integration allows SalesExec users to seamlessly export lead data as loan applications into the Encompass platform. This integration eliminates manual re-entry of data, reduces errors, and accelerates the loan origination process by leveraging configurable field mappings between SalesExec and Encompass.

How It Works

• Admins configure field mappings between SalesExec lead fields and Encompass loan application fields using the admin UI.
• When a lead meets export criteria, SalesExec sends the mapped data to Encompass via API, creating a new loan application record.
• All mapping logic and export actions are managed within SalesExec; no manual intervention is required after setup.
