Experian’s Cross‑Channel Marketing Platform (CCMP) is an enterprise email marketing and campaign tool. SalesExec provides a standard Experian CCMP integration, which allows your Automated Events to trigger email deployments via CCMP. Essentially, SalesExec can act as the feeder into Experian’s system: when certain events occur (e.g., a lead is added or moves to a specific status), SalesExec will send the lead’s data to Experian CCMP’s API; in CCMP, those incoming contacts then enter the appropriate email campaign. The integration setup involves configuring API credentials, obtaining campaign identifiers, and mapping mandatory fields. SalesExec lets you store multiple API Post IDs (each corresponding to an email campaign or trigger) and specify which one to call for a given automated event. You can configure both Normal campaigns (queued) and Instant Trigger campaigns (send immediately, e.g., for password resets). Once enabled, the CCMP integration enables powerful cross‑channel marketing without manual list uploads.

Overview

The Experian Cross-Channel Marketing Platform (CCMP) integration provides enterprise-grade email marketing and automation capabilities directly from SalesExec. This powerful connection enables your SalesExec Automated Events to trigger scalable and automated email deployments and cross-channel campaigns via CCMP. SalesExec acts as the data feeder, automatically sending lead information to Experian CCMP when defined events occur, allowing those contacts to seamlessly enter pre-configured campaigns.

How It Works

When an event takes place in SalesExec, such as a new lead being added or a lead changing status, SalesExec transmits the lead’s data to Experian CCMP’s API. This integration supports both Normal campaign types, which queue sends, and Instant Trigger campaigns, which send immediately (ideal for urgent communications like password resets). To set up, you provide your Experian CCMP API credentials, obtain the necessary API Post IDs for your campaigns, and map the mandatory lead fields. Once configured, SalesExec automatically initiates these deployments, ensuring timely and data-driven outreach without manual list uploads.

Integration Field

Field Description
API POST ID Campaign identifier (provided by Experian). Selectable per Automated Event to route leads to the correct campaign.

Lead Field (mapped via automated‑event params)

Lead Field Description
ContactID Populated from LeadUID (unique identifier for the lead in SalesExec).
Email Lead’s email address (required for all posts).
FirstName Lead’s first name (optional, mapped if available).
LastName Lead’s last name (optional, mapped if available).
Any additional SalesExec lead field can be mapped to a CCMP XML field as needed for the campaign.
