Overview

The FullContact integration enhances your lead records in SalesExec by leveraging a powerful identity-enrichment API. When a sales representative views a lead, SalesExec can query FullContact to retrieve high-value public information, such as verified social profiles and a profile photo. This provides your reps with richer talking points and a more complete understanding of each lead, empowering more personalized and effective outreach.

How It Works

When a rep opens the Social Media panel on a lead in SalesExec, the system initiates a query to FullContact using the lead's email address. The data retrieved from FullContact, including contact information and social profiles (like names, URLs, and photos), is then stored in a local cache (updated hourly) within SalesExec. This enriched data is then displayed in the SalesExec UI, providing immediate insights without additional clicks.

Lead Field Description
Profile.Service Social platform name—e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
Profile.Username User’s handle or account ID on that platform.
Profile.Url Direct URL link to the social profile.
Profile.Photo.Value URL of the user’s profile‑image file.
Name.Full Lead’s full name (fallback when no detailed profiles are returned; used to create basic social‑profile links).
