The Nylas integration allows SalesExec to connect to users’ Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for both inbound and outbound email. Nylas handles OAuth authentication, message synchronization, and sending, ensuring that all email activity—regardless of where it originates—is captured and available within SalesExec. This enables unified communication history, automated email workflows, and reliable delivery and tracking of all messages.
SalesExec uses Nylas APIs to initiate OAuth flows, connect user or general mailboxes, and synchronize email messages. Outbound emails are sent through Nylas, while inbound messages are fetched and displayed in SalesExec. Nylas manages attachments, threading, and metadata, ensuring that replies and new messages are associated with the correct leads. All email activity is logged for compliance and reporting, and sync errors are surfaced to users for troubleshooting.
