When enabled, SalesExec automatically sets up a dedicated SendGrid subuser account for your organization, segmenting your email reputation under ClickPoint’s master account. All emails sent from SalesExec, whether for nurture campaigns or critical notifications, are routed through SendGrid’s API. This ensures efficient SMTP delivery, bounce handling, open tracking, and unsubscribe management, significantly improving overall deliverability and scalability. The integration also manages verified sender identities and maps your SalesExec users to SendGrid senders/teammates through API interactions. Basic analytics, such as deliveries and bounces, are logged for auditing purposes. To protect sender identity and ensure compliance, you must either authenticate your domain or verify each sender's email address.
